We want Sapling to have the most transparent pricing in the space. Base CRM pricing is based on annual total revenue, not seats, constituent counts, donor counts, or locked feature tiers.

Your annual total revenue sets the base price, so the bill can move with the organization.

Invite the team that needs to do the work without turning every colleague into a pricing event.

Not based on feature gates

Small and large teams should both get the real Sapling suite, not a stripped-down fundraising database.

What changes beyond base CRM

Beyond the base price, you pay for three things.

These are usage-based because they have real underlying costs. Separating them keeps the core CRM simple while making the variable parts easier to understand.

Orchid AI usage->AI work has real compute cost. Sapling keeps Orchid usage separate so short help, import review, donor research, and deeper analysis can scale honestly.Transactional email usage->Receipts, stewardship, event reminders, appeals, and notices depend on reliable sending infrastructure. Higher volume should be visible, not buried.Storage->Receipts, files, attachments, imports, exports, and long-term donor history take durable storage. Teams should know what grows and why.
